This a beautiful natural product by Tilesbay. I would definitely recommend as a floor tile. Very heavy and seems durable. However it is natural so I would not just take a hammer to it or drop it. Overall beautiful color and is very accurate to picture and size...

I am completely disappointed with the service and communication. I was forced to pick up my one box order at the warehouse because they refused to ship it via UPS. I would not recommend them for any reason unless they are the only ones that have what is needed. it was a rip off plain and simple. if they cannot deal with a small order I would not use them for a larger one.
