After your order has been placed with us and your payment is cleared (at this time you will receive a confirmation email with order#), we review it and send the product details to the respective warehouse.
When the warehouse receives your order information (within 1 business day), they begin processing. If your product is in stock, it will ship out soon. If your product is custom order or from Multiple warehouses, we will send you an email confirming the same.
Your order is now packaged up and on a truck heading to you! We will email you a tracking number that you can use to view the status of your package. Depending on where your order ships from in the USA, shipping transit time can take anywhere from a couple days to a week.
Your order will arrive on a truck. You will be responsible for unloading / taking it inside / removing all packaging material. We hope you love the products you ordered!
