Ordered MSI San Rio Rustic online and via chat. The process took awhile with back and forth communication and pictures exchanged to ensure a good match. I gave Tilesbay 4 stars because the price and helpfulness of the sales people was very good but the delivery had some issues. Initial delivery: the good - delivery was on time, the bad - only half my order was delivered. The follow up delivery: the good - the balance of the order was delivered later the same day, the bad - the delivery truck went to the wrong street. Replacement stones for chipped/cracked stones: the good - I was able to get authorization to exchange the cracked/chipped stones, the bad - there was limited selection of replacements and I did the exchange in the warehouse parking lot. The tile I agreed to purchase from a random selection of the lot was a completely different color than I received. Nowhere close to the picture you sent of what I approved. When I called to complain and wanted to return for the tile I approved, I was told pretty much too bad, we are not replacing it. Even when I explained that the time was a completely different color that what I approved. Customer service rep acted like they didn’t even want to talk to me about it and was told you were not going to replace it. So I received a shipment of tile I could not use to match my existing tile and ended up throwing that entire order away and had to search elsewhere where customer service really helped me to find tile that matched. You have the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with! Warning to all buyers-BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY WHO COULD CARE LESS IF THE CUSTOMER GETS THE CORRECT PRODUCT! David Stredwick

The folks at Tilesbay were beyond helpful with all my questions. We needed to replace some slate tile so making sure we chose the right one to match was key. Once we knew the right one to purchase, ordering and shipping went super quick. I ordered 5 crates of Crema Marfil tile and after installation, the floor was stunning. The pattern chosen was inlaid with a hardwood . We were very disappointed in the process of dealing with you. We requested the materials we ordered be delivered. You advised us it was too delicate a material and advised we pick it up. No problem. We drove 64 miles round trip. The people in the warehouse were very friendly and helpful. I am not happy about the fact that when I requested a refund for the shipping charges we were charged I was told I would be charged a $50.00 handling fee. We received a refund of 25.01 not the full shipping charges. It took repeated emails requesting the refund. We will never deal with you again and would advise others not to. M White Maureen White

A company that does not stand behind their products. Sold me polished porcelain floor tiles for my kitchen floor many of which are no longer polished but are dull and smudged just 3 years later. Tilesbay is unwilling to stand behind their product or help me in any way. Now I not only have to purchase new tiles I I also have to absorb the cost of labor to rip up my defective floor and replace it with a mew one. Michael Mennucci
