      After attempting multiple times to resolve an issue with multiple pieces of broken pool coping via email, the customer service team blocked my email. Despite me sending detailed pictures of 9 pieces of broken pool coping they claim it was delivered appropriately and refused to replace. Be careful with these guys. Wants the truck drops it off, you have no recourse.
