    Terrible order experience. Worst communication. After many communication, a tracking number was given but no where to track: worthless information, still don't know when the order would be delivered although the ordered was done on January 21, 2021. Then January 29, 2021 Tilesbay asked to pay additional shipping fee. Although I were surprised, I paid for this additional fee. Still, do not know when this order will be delivered. I wonder if Tilesbay purposely takes my payment for its financial deficit and the workers has not understood English.
