The Ashton Dillion Fog 12x47 Eased Edge Luxury Vinyl Stair Tread is designed to combine safety, style, and durability for staircases in both residential and commercial interiors. Featuring elegant light gray tones with subtle wood-like knots, this vinyl stair tread offers a modern, sophisticated look that seamlessly complements a variety of flooring designs. Its eased edge finish adds a smooth and refined touch, ensuring your stairs not only look beautiful but also provide added comfort and safety.

Crafted from premium quality luxury vinyl planks (LVP), the Dillion Fog stair tread is 100% waterproof, making it an ideal choice for moisture-prone areas like kitchens, bathrooms, entryways, and basements. Engineered with the exclusive Crystalux protection layer, this stair tread delivers long-lasting durability by guarding against scratches, stains, and everyday wear. Whether installed in a busy household or a light commercial setting, this product ensures a dependable flooring solution that withstands the test of time.

One of the standout features of the Ashton Dillion Fog stair tread is its innovative click-locking system combined with a pre-attached backing. This makes installation quick and hassle-free, allowing for a comfortable underfoot experience while saving time and labor costs. Thanks to its no acclimation technology, you can install this stair tread the very same day of purchase, ensuring ultimate convenience and flexibility for your projects.

In addition to its ease of installation, the stair tread is designed for safety and functionality. The eased edge reduces sharp corners, making it safer for households with children or elderly members. The slip-resistant surface enhances grip and stability, making stairs safer in high-traffic areas. This makes the Ashton Dillion Fog stair tread not only a design upgrade but also a practical solution for modern living.
