My rep, Dan Byers, kept in touch with me throughout the whole process which I did not expect from an online inquiry and purchase. I’m thrilled with my backsplash!

I am glad I ordered several "extra" tiles. Out of the 18 I ordered, 7 were broken. That's more than 1/3 of my order. I think you need to rethink your packaging, maybe a piece of foam or bubble wrap between the tiles would help. They were just stacked on top of each other in the box. Product Ordered - Autumn 12x12 natural cleft tile

I had searched in vain at various tile stores in both New York City and Washington D.C. to match an existing bathroom tile needed for repair work after a bad leak. I was about to give up and consider replacing the floor and countertop. Then a knowledgeable friend suggested this online source. I ordered a sample that came promptly and proved to be a close match; my followup tile order also arrived safely and promptly. I would definitely use Tilesbay again. Excellent service and excellent selection of merchandise. Product Ordered - Rojo Alicante || Marble Tiles

Matched existing tile. No broken tiles in shipping. Took longer to get here than I expected but otherwise very satisfied.
