The tile is very nice... I loved these tiles when I saw them on this website and I love them even more in our bathroom! I was afraid they would be damaged from shipping, but they were packaged so well, not one was cracked or broken! They're not slippery, beautiful and easy to clean.

We were SO very happy with our order from Tilesbay and VERY impressed with your company in general!! Your website was very easy to use and our order was handled efficiently. We were kept up to date with the progress of our delivery and it arrived in a very timely manner. The delivery itself was wonderful as it was communicated to us along the way and came to our house exactly when promised. The driver from XPO (named Lou) was extremely polite, helpful, and considerate in off loading and checking our tiles with us. The tiles arrived in perfect condition and are beautiful!! We were extremely impressed and will certainly recommend your company to friends and contact you for any tile needs we may have in the future. FANTASTIC job!!

The customer service and support was great. There was some miscommunication with the carrier though, and my tile sat on the carriers' loading dock for a week because no one called me to inform me that it had arrived. The tile itself is difficult to work with on the mesh due to the tile's uneven thickness, by nature. The glue globs holding the tiles to the mesh sometimes kept a tile from getting completely seated in the thinset. I ended up removing the tiles from the mesh and installing them individually. Way more cumbersome that way but a much more flush, even finish with better spaced grout lines. Product Ordered - Santa Barbara ft. Natural Slate Meshed Flagstone Paver Tiled

They were very helpful and informative. Checked with me to make sure the order was correct before shipping it out.

Tiles are good quality. Price was good. The hour and a half wait at the front gate for pick up of 1 small pallet of tile was unsatisfactory.

Love, love, love this tile! I put it in every bathroom and my laundry room. It's thicker than some tile so it worked well with the 3/4 inch wood floor.
