I ordered for 46 boxes of this tile, when I opened the first 34 boxes they were all good and had no problem but the other 12 boxes, tiles have some black marks which were not removable. I called tilesbay and spoke with a nice person who understood my problem and confirmed me to get the defective product changed right away.
