I am glad I ordered several "extra" tiles. Out of the 18 I ordered, 7 were broken. That's more than 1/3 of my order. I think you need to rethink your packaging, maybe a piece of foam or bubble wrap between the tiles would help. They were just stacked on top of each other ...
