This is perfectly normal for this product and that is what is the beauty of this tile. The back of this tile is gauged to enable installers to make the work easy while installing.

I ordered this product, it was stated that shipment would be done in 2-3 days but it took 5 days. It was disappointing as i was already behind schedule for my installation but there is no doubt the product arrived in good quality.
