Took an old, outdated kitchen and made it look modern with this tile. It looks so fantastic that our interior decorator suggested using it on our next house flip. Thins to note are since it does chip you need a good tile wet saw with a good blade to make a perfect cut. Also the square footage calculator came up a bit short so keep that in mind. Very happy with this purchase.
